Very pale, this is a sleek, elegant ros of xinomavro. Grown in the high altitudes of Amyndeon in northwest Greece, the wines red fruit has retained a cool freshness, the flavors touching on underripe strawberry and rhubarb. Notes of herbs lend freshness, but its the texture that makes the lasting impression, silken and expansive.
